Cooking Methods & Times
Preparation:
- Defrost all components fully in their packaging
- Remove all components from packaging before cooking

- Proteins are supplied raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
-Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on your appliance
Method:
- Cut the Chicken Portion into bite-sized cubes. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of oil and cook the chicken until fully cooked through.
- Add the Coconut Turmeric Sauce to the pan and bring to a gentle simmer. Add a spoonful of water if needed to loosen the sauce and prevent it from thickening too much.
- Meanwhile, heat the Basmati Rice and Long Beans separately in the microwave according to the times on the back of each label, or pan fry if preferred.
- Once all components are cooked, plate up and enjoy.
