Meet Hannah

Hannah is a Registered Nutritionist (AfN, UK) holding a Masters degree (with Distinction) in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.
As the founder of The Nutrition Project, Hannah’s mission is to raise awareness around a food-first nutrition approach for health and performance. She helps people eat well, feel great, and build healthy habits that last.
Having worked with a broad spectrum of clients from athleisure giant, Lululemon, to underprivileged families at The Nicol David Organisation, Hannah understands the various challenges that we face on our health journeys. Whether your goal is to gain energy, lose weight or learn how to fuel their body, Hannah strives to find accessible nutrition solutions that work for you.
At Chefees, we believe no single food should be labeled strictly ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ Our dietary classifications are designed to empower you to make informed choices that align with your unique needs — whether you’re managing allergies, intolerances, or simply seeking options that fit your lifestyle.
With balance and knowledge, most foods can have a place in a healthy diet, unless restricted for medical reasons. For personalised guidance, feel free to book a consultation with our resident nutritionist, Hannah.
