    Preparation:
    - Defrost all components fully in their packaging
    - Remove all components from packaging before cooking

    Note: 
    - Proteins are supplied raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
    -Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on your appliance

    Method:

    • Pasta – Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a touch of salt and cook your favourite pasta until it reaches your desired firmness.

    • Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat with a touch of oil. Add the Tiger Prawn Portion into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until pink and firm.

    • Add the Garlic Olio Sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.

    • Add your cooked pasta into the pan, toss and serve.
