Preparation:
- Defrost all components fully in their packaging
- Remove all components from packaging before cooking

- Proteins are supplied raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Method:
- Pasta – bring a pot of water to boil and cook your favourite pasta to your desired firmness.
- Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of oil. Place the Salmon Portion skin-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Starting with the skin side helps achieve a crisp, golden finish.
- Remove the salmon and set aside. Add in the Tuscan Sauce and bring to a light simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss gently to coat it evenly in the Tuscan sauce. Plate with the salmon and serve.
