Cooking Methods & Times
Preparation:
- Defrost all components fully in their packaging
- Remove all components from packaging before cooking
Note:
- Proteins are supplied raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
-Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on your appliance
Method:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of oil. Place the Salmon Portion skin-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Starting with the skin side helps achieve a crisp, golden finish.
- Add the Zesty Herb Sauce into the pan and stir.
- Heat the Baby Potatoes and Grilled Pineapple separately in the microwave, following the times on the back of their labels. Alternatively, you can pan-fry each component if preferred for added texture and flavour.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
