Cooking Methods & Times
Preparation:
- Defrost all components fully in their packaging
- Remove all components from packaging before cooking
Note:
- Proteins are supplied raw and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
-Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on your appliance
Method:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of oil. Place the Salmon Portion skin-side down and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Starting with the skin side helps achieve a crisp, golden finish. Once cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and gently heat the Tuscan Sauce until fully warmed through and smooth. If the sauce begins to dry out, add a few tablespoons of water to loosen it to your desired consistency.
- Simultaneously heat the Mashed Potatoes and Melty Spinach in the microwave according to the instructions on their labels. Alternatively, you can pan-fry each component separately if you prefer. Once everything is piping hot, plate your dish and enjoy!
