Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Sweet Potatoes & Edamame
The dish features a portion of chicken breast glazed with a savoury-sweet teriyaki sauce—one of Japan’s most well-loved flavours. It’s served alongside steamed purple sweet potatoes for a hint of natural sweetness, edamame for a fresh bite, and sticky, short-grain rice to bring it all together to complete the bowl.

- Once the chicken is cooked, add the Teriyaki Sauce to the pan and coat the chicken evenly on both sides. Be careful not to overheat or burn the sauce. Once all components are cooked, plate and enjoy.
